Petit Forestier, a leader in refrigerated asset rental and cold chain logistics, announces a leadership transition with the appointment of Steven Hanna as the new Country Manager for Petit Forestier United Kingdom and Ireland, effective 23 July 2025.
Steven succeeds Barrie Javens, who has stepped down from the role for personal reasons. The company extends its sincere thanks to Barrie for his contributions and dedication during his tenure, and wishes him continued success in his future endeavours.
Steven Hanna brings solid industry experience. He has held the position of Managing Director of Freezerent Ltd since November 2024, a role he still holds today alongside his responsibilities at Petit Forestier.
Prior to joining Petit Forestier Group, he held several senior positions at one of the UK’s largest B2B light commercial vehicle rental providers, including UK Head of Operations Change. He also held key leadership roles previous to this, where he contributed significantly within the vehicle remarketing sector.
In his new role, Steven will work closely with Petit Forestier’s United Kingdom management team to lead strategic transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and elevating the customer experience across the UK and Ireland.
“I’m honoured to take on this expanded role at such an exciting time for Petit Forestier,” said Steven. “I look forward to working with our talented teams to drive improvement, strengthen our service offering, and continue delivering value to our customers.”
The appointment marks a significant step forward in Petit Forestier’s strategy to reinforce its market position and continue its growth trajectory across the UK and Ireland under strong, experienced leadership.
