Our Cool Event offering becomes Petit Forestier Event

23 Dec 2025

A new name but the same commitment to controlled refrigeration for your events.

Petit Forestier, the European leader in refrigeration rental, announces the rebranding of its Cool Event offering, which is now Petit Forestier Event. This change is part of a drive to simplify and strengthen the brand in a rapidly evolving events market.

Why the rebranding?

The decision to rename "Cool Event" as Petit Forestier Event reflects a clear desire to anchor the brand's expertise in event refrigeration within the strong and recognised identity of the Petit Forestier brand. For you, agencies, organisers, venue managers, caterers and sporting events, this means:

  • Immediate clarity: you can immediately identify the "100% cold" expertise dedicated to events.
  • Simplicity of relationship: a clearly positioned offering, supported by a single team, the same processes and the same standards.
  • Brand consistency: a single point of reference, from quotation to on-site operation.

A new name for the same promise: to deliver reliable, compliant and operational refrigeration wherever your event takes place.

Petit Forestier Event: a 3-point promise

Simplicity

Your dedicated team of event experts will put together the right combination of equipment for your project: for transport, storage and presentation. You save time, simplify organisation and ensure deadlines are met.

Control of the cold chain

From preparation to distribution, the temperature is controlled. The equipment is configured on site by our technicians.

Reliability & responsiveness

Because events are always evolving, we remain at your side to install, supervise and intervene in real time: adding a cold spot, moving equipment, reconfiguring settings, etc. And if an unforeseen situation arises, our 24/7 support team is available at any time to intervene without disrupting your organisation.

Three use cases for three concrete solutions

Festival: outdoor and variable flows

Under the pressure of peak attendance and sometimes unpredictable weather, every minute counts. For outdoor events (festivals, concerts, sporting events, etc.), our solutions cover the entire Food & Beverage system:

  • Refrigerated containers for storing bars and catering areas, installed in a controlled temporary structure;
  • Refrigerated trucks for transporting and restocking on-site storage areas;
  • Refrigerated units (drinks fridges, catering display cabinets, etc.) for direct sales.

Our equipment guarantees continuity of the cold chain, from transport to storage, right through to display and sale on site.

The result: smooth service, consistent quality throughout the event and limited losses, even during peak periods.

Trade shows: limited space and image requirements

At a stand, every square metre must work for you. We offer a wide range of display furniture suitable for premium environments: glass-fronted refrigerated cabinets, showmasters, catering display cases, as well as storage furniture for stand operators' reserves. Quiet, energy-efficient and easy to integrate into any layout, they ensure your products are shown off to their best advantage while respecting space constraints.

The result: impeccable presentation, consistent service and a premium experience without noise or clutter.

Sporting events: tight schedules and large volumes

Pre-match, half-time, post-match: needs change in waves. We set up a timed logistics plan with storage points close to sales areas and short routes for quick restocking between peaks. Cooling settings and positioning are designed to absorb heat waves without slowing down the teams.

The immediate effect: consistent service flow, no shortages, and smooth operation even during very high traffic.

How does it work? A 4-step process

Scoping

It all starts with a discussion to understand your setup. Before the event, we gather the information we need to ensure a safe and suitable installation:

  • Containers: indoor or outdoor location, type of ground and permissible load, access, asphalt constraints;
  • Electricity: available power, compatibility of power supplies according to the equipment chosen;
  • Volumes and types of products to be stored (drinks, foodstuffs, preparations, etc.);
  • Refrigerated trucks: logistical requirements, access and delivery slots;
  • Refrigerated cabinets: available space, integration into the stand, advice on models, discussions with stand builders where necessary.

Technical visits can be organised to validate the most technical installations. At the end of this scoping process, you will receive a clear operational proposal: layout, schedule, choice of equipment, dedicated team.

Useful deliverables: layout diagram, micro-planning of intervention, technical elements, single point of contact on D-day.

Installation & commissioning

On the scheduled day, our teams will install the equipment according to the approved plan. This includes:

  • Setting up containers, lorries and refrigerated furniture;
  • Temperature adjustments;
  • Stability and functionality tests.

Before leaving the site, we carry out a structured handover: essential instructions, on-call numbers, best practices for maintaining the performance of your equipment throughout the event.

What you gain: a clean installation, equipment ready for use, clear instructions for your teams.

What you gain: a clean installation, equipment ready for use, clear instructions.

Supervision during the event

During operation, we remain at your side to ensure continuity of cooling.

Monitoring & checks

  • For lorries and containers, temperatures are monitored via automatic readings and alarm systems that alert you in the event of a deviation.
  • For refrigerated cabinets, temperature indicators allow for easy and immediate reading.

Responsiveness & support

If necessary, our on-call technicians respond quickly. Depending on the situation, buffer stock can be mobilised to ensure total continuity of service, even in the event of equipment failure.

We provide ongoing support to ensure that cold chain logistics never become an issue during your event.

In concrete terms: proactive monitoring, rapid adjustments, guaranteed continuity in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Clean-up & review

At the end of the event, we coordinate the clean-up according to your priorities: stands, backstage areas, public areas. The site is left clean and tidy and the equipment is removed in the order that suits you.

After each major event, we conduct a review to optimise future editions and assist you with administrative follow-up: invoicing, assessment, partnership agreements.

The result: smooth dismantling, a clean site, and useful recommendations for "N+1".
